As an Account Executive, you'll be a crucial guardian of our existing client relationships, ensuring their growth and success. You'll be responsible for spreading the word about Valet Living's brand and securing new business opportunities in a specific region. Location: San Antonio, TX - Metro Area
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $74,200 - $88,200 per year, which includes a base salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based on performance.
Additionally, you will receive a monthly guarantee against your commissions to be disbursed during your ramp up period.
The actual base salary offered to a candidate will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/ achievements, and may vary from the listed range.

Schedule: You are expected to allocate up to 70% of your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.
Auto allowance: As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
Essential job duties include:
Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing client’s partner with the Regional Sales Manager to determine accounts that need a strategy and focus on effort to ensure retentionRapidly build pipeline through developing relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniquesCoordinate with the operations team to advise if any special attention is neededIntroduce and drive sales with current clients by cross-sell existing full amenities services using consultative and a needs analysis-based sales systemDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and client stakeholdersHave a limited prospect base to hunt for new businessMaintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activityConduct start-up orientations to review service objectives and opportunitiesAttend and represent Valet Living at trade showsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a B2B sales environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferredProven track record of consecutively exceeding sales objectivesProficiency in MS Office applications and database experienceExceptional verbal and written communications skills with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong relationships with all levels of decision makersMust be self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to collaborate, motivate, and influence both internally and externally to ensure standard setting client supportAbility to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentialityMust have a valid driver’s licenseOur full-time associates are provided with the following comprehensive, flexible benefits:
