Job Description

As an Account Executive on Walmart, you will partner closely with the account leads & agency teams on input to strategic development, creative development and tactical execution for integrated campaigns. You will work as a part of Dept W, the Publicis Groupe Walmart Power of One agency team – a collective of Publicis groupe creative agencies and partners working together on behalf of Walmart.

 

The Account Executive supports our Account Supervisor and serves as the bridge between client and agency, helping manage the day-to-day activities of the account. They build and strengthen internal and external relationships and trust, while helping to shape the team dynamic. They are eager to learn and grow professionally, and have a positive, can-do attitude through all tasks – big and small. They are proactive by nature and bring forth ideas across all job responsibilities. They understand the importance of organization and are ready to go the extra mile to make sure we put our best foot forward with our clients and partner agencies.

 

Prior experience in retail is not a mandate, but passion for working on a fast-paced retail business is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Demonstrates organization and attention to detailProficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment among cross-functional teams, and able to discuss priorities with management on an ongoing basis Ability to identify and escalate issues on an as-needed basisSome broadcast, digital and / or social production experience is a must; interest to learn and excel in these areas is a mustManage client production budgets and work with finance & IP on project billing and reconciliationEagerness to learn and understand brand strategy and evaluate work and give meaningful direction to internal teamsProblem solving mentalityStay up to date on all relevant activity from competitors and peripheral categoriesStrong oral and written communication Resolves day-to-day client requests regarding ongoing project development and quality controlExcellent interpersonal skills; demonstrates ability to motivate othersHigh-level computer and software skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint a must)

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
