Responsibilities

Core account on one of the top 100 global brands Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting the regional team Assist in organising, attending and sending contact reports for meetings Update global and regional trackers Work with both local and global clients/partners to ensure timely campaign delivery Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Moving Images, Print & Transcreation Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations Responsible for uploading reference materials to DAM Provide any additional administrative support to team as required

Requirements

Knowledge from working in a TV, print, or digital production role Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service Agency experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders  Sound technical understanding of client requirements Basic commercial acumen Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills Good networking skills Proficiency in Korean or Japanese to liaise with Korean/Japanese speaking client
