Overview ROLE PURPOSE The Account Executive is accountable for both the seamless operations of client campaigns, whilst assisting the Account Manager in driving excellence in planning. As a valued member of the team, the Account Executive is accountable for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of Never Standing Still. This role is a hybrid of media planning/account management and media buying/activations across both digital and offline channels - ranging from BVOD, OOH, TV and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists the day-to-day media planning on key accounts Uses and evaluates research tools to provide insights and assists on ideation as needed Deliver campaign measurement reports and ensure optimisation Connects with Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Managers to support delivery of communication and service Updates plans with feedback from clients Update and distribute weekly reports Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate Ad hoc reporting and analysis including market updates and thought leadership - researches new market trends to incorporate into planning Oversees smooth financial management including raising purchase orders Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients Keeps abreast of new media market opportunities across all channels inclusive of digital to share back with team Accountable for driving weekly campaign WIPs with team and client Assists Account Manager to work with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to the client scope of work WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR An encouraging, positive, and collaborative culture Greater exposure across a wide spread of channels, developing a unique and wholistic experience, across an exciting patch of clients that continue to push boundaries when connecting with audiences Clients who are open to be encouraged and working progressively To fulfil your growth and career development goals in a business large enough to accommodate them WHO YOU ARE Minimum 1 year media buying and/or media planning experience at a marketing agency preferred Experience in managing marketing campaigns across digital and/or offline channels Good knowledge of the media marketplace and be able to identify opportunities that can benefit our clients Strong written and verbal communication experience Strong service ethic towards client servicing Knowledgeable using Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience in building relationships with media owners/publishers Attention to detail that is second to none Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities Strong organisational experience with a love for being one step ahead Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth #LI-AZ1 Additional information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
