Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Account Executive – Broker Alliances to be part of making that happen. This individual will recruit, strategically manage and grow named insurance broker partner relationships to effectively hit sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Channel Engagement Strategy for the cyber insurance broker partner ecosystem.
Own the relationships and business outcomes, including specific sales quotas, for a named cyber insurance partner account list.
Develop a cohesive business plan with the insurance partner executive team and drive effective execution and regular business reviews against that plan.
Hunt, engage and strategically position Arctic Wolf’s competitive differentiators with senior insurance broker leadership and their operational teams to win (sell) product and referral agreements.
Take a strategic, account-based approach to identify and expand relationships within other divisions of your target accounts to successfully cross-sell services and products.
Operate with urgency, consistently executing outbound sales activities that to grow partner engagement and resulting sales results.
Be comfortable with Arctic Wolf’s full portfolio, along with our competitions’ strengths/weaknesses, to be able to articulate “Why Buy Arctic Wolf” as the incident response and loss prevention partner of choice.
Work between cross-functional teams, including product, channel operations, marketing, and leadership to support product & program development that captures new market opportunity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant degree or experience
5+ years of proven sales, account or client management experience meeting and exceeding given targets.
Previous experience within risk management or insurance, ideally in the cyber insurance ecosystem.
The ability to identify, plan and navigate complex organizational structures to effectively align desired needs and applicable Arctic Wolf solutions with key stakeholders.
Historical track record of staying current with industry trends, including cyber insurance, cyber security and applicable regulatory changes, and actively positioning oneself as an industry thought leader (ex. to your named accounts, industry events, webinars, social media, etc.).
Comfortable operating in an autonomous role with a consistently evolving solutions portfolio.
