By equipping the brightest minds with the best resources available, we provide an invaluable edge in real estate. **Role Description:** CoStar Group is looking for an Account Executive, RRE (South East) for its wholly owned subsidiary Matterport to grow their residential real estate accounts. They will also be responsible for prospecting and signing new brokerages. The ideal candidate is well versed in the complexities of the residential real estate market. They understand how to drive revenue growth and adoption by agents across offices in a territory. They will be required to visit offices in their territory, give presentations to agents, teams, offices, and build relationships with key executives within their assigned accounts. The Account Executive, RRE will also be asked to organize and execute events with clients and local realtor associations. The Account Executive, RRE will be evaluated on three objectives. 1) Growth in Territory Revenue. 2) Growth in agents using the Matterport real estate services in their Territory. 3) Increase retention of active users. **Responsibilities** + Achieve or exceed revenue goals by maintaining and growing account relationships. + Achieve or exceed new client acquisition goals by introducing new prospective agents to residential real estate marketing services + Develop and execute account plans for the top 10 accounts in your territory + Identify and pursue and close top brokers and teams within the assigned accounts + Prospect daily by phone and email. + Educate potential clients on Matterport’s services and value propositions. + Provide superior service with your clients and serve as an escalation point for issues. Work with Client Services, Talent, and Studio to improve the services offered. + Present Matterport services at office presentations and webinars. + Adhere to defined sales processes and procedures while dealing with any potential clients. + Identify and attend important industry/brokerage events and conventions within your territory. + Maintain the highest levels of professionalism while dealing with a potential client or internal Matterport team member. + Serve as a critical feedback loop from the market to Marketing, Product Management, and leadership. + Travel up to 50% to support the needs of your clients and the business. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. + A track record of commitment to prior employers. + Minimum of 5 years work experience in either an inside or outside sales position. + Passionate professional that is self-motivated. + Experience working in Residential Real Estate. + Extensive understanding of key business personas within the Florida Residential Real Estate market. + Demonstrated track record of overachievement in a sales arena. + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, whether in person or over the phone. + Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace and LinkedIn. + Strong detail orientation, communication, and listening skills. + Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. + Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. **What’s In It For You?** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
