We are looking to hire an Account Executive for our Westminster Colorado location. As an Account Executive, you will generate new business and grow existing accounts across all lines of business, including service and installation solutions for new and existing customers. You will develop new client relationships and strengthen key account relationships to increase market share and sales opportunities.

**Essential duties:**
+ Grow and maintain relationships with existing clients.
+ Make 3-5 calls per week to new and existing clients.
+ Develop new business opportunities across various sectors.
+ Develop a sales strategy for the Colorado and Wyoming markets.
+ Cross-sell with vendors and manufacturing partners.
+ Attend pre-construction meetings to identify new partnership opportunities.
+ Work with management to develop sales objectives and support team members.
+ Present products and services at seminars, tradeshows, and other events.
+ Process customer orders using company standards.
+ Create customer proposals and presentations using company standards and marketing materials.
+ Assist customers with system design and budgeting.
+ Understand and use construction documents.
+ Estimate project costs and create detailed bills of materials.
+ Deliver detailed project information to the operations department once a project is awarded.
+ Provide sequences of operation and outline wiring diagrams.
+ Use management software to document the sales process and generate reports.
+ Assist field and office staff with technical questions.
+ Participate in industry associations.
+ Attend training and educational sessions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Key Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of sales experience in low-voltage industry.
+ 5+ years of Lenel and Milestone Experience
+ Proven track record in selling access control and video surveillance systems.
+ Proactive in finding sales opportunities.
+ Ability to create and present proposals.
+ Proficient in use of estimating software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Experience working with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors.
+ Familiar with IT networking.
+ The physical activity for this role includes
+ Travel as needed for client presentations and events
+ Standing, walking, and manual dexterity in the use of computers and other equipment.
+ Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
