Account Executive, IT Consulting Services

LRS Consulting Services is looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our team in our Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, and Kansas City branches! Consulting Services is the IT/Engineering staffing division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS). Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus a rewarding commission plan. We offer a hybrid work model with work-from-home (WFH) options on Monday and Friday. Account Executives serve as the primary face-to-face contact for key accounts in the greater Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, and Kansas City areas. These accounts will include both prospects and existing customers. Your goal will be to secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts. Performance objectives for this position:

Meet or exceed your sales plan goal: Achieve the annual minimum gross profit sales objective based on your region through closed staffing sales. Learn and execute LRS’ sales methodology: Understand the value of our staffing services and schedule targeted face-to-face meetings within the first 3 months via telephone, in-person, and social media. Create a pipeline of service opportunities: Develop a pipeline by the end of the first five months to meet the required weekly staffing requirements and monthly wins. Stay current on IT and Engineering needs: Manage relationships within your territory to understand and address customers' needs, maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and prospects. Develop relationships with new and potential clients: Handle follow-up calls and meetings efficiently to move prospects towards closing business, converting meeting information into new sales opportunities. Maintain and utilize electronic records: Keep accurate records of clients and opportunities in our ATS, reviewing them with LRS management during periodic territory reviews. Your success will be measured by your ability to close contracts and achieve your gross profit goal, with interim progress determined by your ability to manage and advance opportunities with decision-makers.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of three years of staff augmentation sales experience for enterprise-level companies. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available. Must reside in the location hired for—either Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, or Kansas City—and be willing to work from that office on days they are not working from home or visiting customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior IT staffing experience. Account experience within the territory for this position. Consideration for candidates with at least five years of technology solution sales experience in lieu of staffing augmentation.

Organization Structure and Interfaces:

A Sr. Vice President manages the LRS Consulting Services Group. You will be part of a team that includes Account Executives, Recruiters, and Office Administrators, and will report to the area branch manager.

Salary range: $100k -150k+ total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year.  The base salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS’ total compensation package for employees.
