ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive, Excess will work in a team setting conducting risk analysis and servicing renewal accounts for the development and retention of our designated lines of business.
Production and risk analysis of new and renewal account business.Compliance with risk analysis documentation rules and guidelines.Maintain an acceptable risk analysis profit.Adherence to Admiral’s risk management guidelines and referral compliance.Development and maintenance of key broker/agent relationships.Participates in all internal company training and continuing education.Remains current on product releases as it pertains to Excess Casualty.Attends strategic marketing calls to key brokers. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required.Completed coursework toward a Risk Management, and Insurance Degree a plus.Prior work experience in Financial Services, Risk Management or Insurance industry(s) preferable.Applicable coursework toward attainment of a CPCU designation desired.Strong organization skills.Ability to manage deadlines effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical proficiency is required.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
