Account Director/ Senior Account Director

Client Management Responsibilities

Ensure the client understands agreed workflows and manage them through the process Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes Identify areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes which could benefit Hogarth and/or the client Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, senior budget-holders and/or influencing clients and agencies, manage perceptions and expectations Co-ordinate quarterly (or at least six-monthly) strategic reviews with the client to ensure objectives are being met, issues raised and resolved and you have visibility of workload Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports that are tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience Identify training requirements and opportunities for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow Ensure agendas and detailed contact reports are distributed following all client meetings (face to face and phone calls) Build and maintain a client business development plan on an ongoing basis identifying specific opportunities and action required 

Internal Responsibilities

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology Provide detailed monthly account review to the General Manager Work with Account Servicing Team to ensure optimum productivity levels are achieved and team morale is high

Project Management Responsibilities

Support team leads in co-ordinating between all relevant parties, especially the Hogarth production hubs (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) Clients and Agencies Ensure you consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Financial Responsibilities

Deliver revenue to meet targets agreed with CFO in revenue forecasting on an ongoing basis Keep CFO and General Manager informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts Audit profitability/deliverables against resource levels Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies

Essential Experience & Skills Required

Solid experience managing clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders Proven experience in identifying and seeking new business opportunities Experience working with Print, TV and Digital campaigns Exceptional client servicing skills Excellent team management skills Strong numeracy skills Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
