Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Sales Specialist to join a successful, driven and supportive team within our Experian Data Quality function, covering several different sectors, supporting specifically on our Data Governance Proposition.

Reporting to our Head of Direct Sales, The Sales Specialist will focus on cross sell and upsell opportunities of data governance products in multiple sectors and bring insight to the business on what clients want helping us evolve our proposition.

Main Responsibilities

Achieve metrics focused on activity, pipeline built and deals closedBecome an expert in Data Governance propositionsWork in collaboration with teams across the business including Customer Success, Pre Sales and MarketingContribute towards the Experian Data Quality roadmap, providing competitor insightMaintain and share a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors and use cases.Achieve and exceed targets and forecast.Demonstrate accuracy in forecasting.

QualificationsSales experience in a software or data company, with a good grasp on data governanceAchieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environmentCommercially astute with an ability to negotiateCuriosity and interest in building considerable knowledge and be considered an expert by clients, colleagues and industry peers.Experience managing large accounts working in a matrix organisationDemonstrate Sales methodology training.
