Account Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to work at one of our apparel design clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a key client account, providing white-glove service, and ensuring the client's needs are met with precision and excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. You will report directly to the Director and work alongside a Program Manager to support this new client. As an Account Coordinator, you will work on a team of customer-obsessed individuals driven to turn customer expectations into solutions that enhance overall satisfaction and engagement with our corporate and management-level stakeholder relationships. This role involves direct involvement in storefront solutions, showcases, presentations, weekly communications, and updates, as well as managing reporting and transparency with customer hubs and portals. The partner services manager is dedicated to servicing relationships directly. Additional Responsibilities are below:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a specific client account, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Provide white-glove service to the client, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of uniform, merchandise, and apparel services to the client.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Prepare and deliver presentations to the client, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
