ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream Software is looking for a talented and results-driven Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and lead ABM initiatives, strategy, execution, and optimization of our ABM platform. Reporting to the Director of Global Campaign Strategy, the ABM Manager will lead the development of our global ABM strategy and process, making a substantial impact on pipeline growth and acceleration. As the ABM Manager, you will be instrumental in enabling our sales team by driving key account activity through highly collaborative cross-functional orchestration, between ABM technology and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have advanced knowledge of our ABM platform, DemandBase, with hands-on experience and a proven track record for developing strategic ABM programs, and tactical execution methodology. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

Account-Based Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement a comprehensive account-based marketing strategy to engage target accounts and accelerate the sales cycle. Leverage market research and customer insights to create personalized marketing plans for each account. Develop and provide ongoing Sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on ABM leads Help promote ABM across our business by documenting and sharing best practices, driving successful campaigns, and supporting and optimizing our ABM infrastructure Account Segmentation and Targeting – Partner with Sales and Marketing to establish comprehensive account profiles and demographic/firmographic segments, to develop and maintain list of key target accounts. Conduct thorough analysis to identify high-value accounts and prioritize them based on revenue potential. Develop account personas and profiles to understand their pain points, motivations, and buying behaviors. Implement targeted marketing campaigns to address their specific needs. Campaign Personalization and Management – Manage end-to-end campaign execution, utilizing various marketing channels including ABM platform channels, digital advertising, site personalization, email marketing, and other marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement Work closely with the content team to develop or modify existing compelling and personalized content assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces, tailored to the needs of target accounts. Leverage marketing automation platforms and personalization tools to deliver relevant and timely content to target accounts through various channels. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success. Possess excellent communication skills to align ABM efforts with sales goals, convey marketing strategies to stakeholders, and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and insights to support their efforts. Collaborate with marketing operations to track and measure the impact of ABM campaigns and report on key metrics Establish a data driven approach to monitor, analyze and measure performance, contribution and ROI across all activities that facilitate journey stage movement and pipeline acceleration of key accounts. Manage DemandBase ABM technology platform as the internal subject matter expert, including admin configuration, system maintenance, improvement of core functions and build out of additional toolsets. Expand integration capabilities within core Sales and Marketing tools; enhance mapping, reporting and communication activities, to enable Sales team with greater visibility and to take action in real-time. Work with key players to support a sustainable ABM roadmap and strategy for long-term growth and development.

 

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Formal Education and Certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of related Marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years of successful ABM experience

Knowledge and Experience

Proven track record of ABM strategy (program, campaign development), preferably in technology-focused industry Advanced knowledge of DemandBase ABM platform required Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical skills: expert using tools like Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Able to independently create reports, queries, and set up campaigns. Performs well under strong demands, tight deadlines, and fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team and ability to exercise independent judgement and problem-solve Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience in marketing B2B campaign execution and Demand Generation Experience working with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to gain alignment and achieve results Analytical marketer comfortable advocating the use of marketing technology across the organization
