What you will do:
Revenue Generation
Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business PortfoliosCross Sells/Up Sells of bank card servicesProcess terminal sales and upgradesManage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicablePromote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing PartnersCustomer Retention / Account Maintenance
Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established thresholdMaintain a high retention ratioAdd Locations SetupsAssist with equipment setupsLead Integration ProjectsProcess account changesNew Merchant Location SetupsIntegrated POS SetupsCustomer Service
Represent as one stop ResolutionEnsure a 24-48 hour follow up with all Voice mail, Trackers, EmailsProvide strong follow up for all setups and ordersMinimize all escalation issues at first point of contactEnsure all issues are documented in Tracker with follow-up resolutionsWhat we’re looking for:
Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing1-2 years of sales/retention experienceBilingual in English and French is a strong assetA natural talent for negotiationStrong outbound and inbound phone sales skillsVery good at building relationships and nurturing them via telephone and emailExceptional written and verbal skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales/superior customer service skillsAbility to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questionsGreat ability at effectively managing time and establishing priorities and strong organizational skills to deliver products and services to clientsExcellent working knowledge of several PC based applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google toolsStrong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessaryWillingness and ability to quickly learn and understand all Global Payments services, products and rate structuresWho are we?
