About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and organised Account Administrator to manage client accounts, schedule and coordinate works programs, handle administrative tasks, and support the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will be Doing
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.Process and track orders, invoices, and payments. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for the trades team.Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.What You Will Bring
