Job Description
The Accommodation Intern will support the daily operations of the Associate Accommodation team by assisting the Accommodation Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized living environment for associates. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, and internal communication within a luxury hospitality setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including organizing files, preparing reports, and updating records.Help monitor maintenance requests, follow up on completion, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.Support the coordination of check-in/check-out procedures for associates, including room allocation and inventory checks.Participate in organizing monthly meetings with apartment representatives and assist in preparing meeting minutes.Assist in monitoring cleanliness and condition of common areas, reporting any issues to the Accommodation Manager.Help maintain stock of office supplies and ensure proper arrangement in the Accommodation Office.Support internal communication efforts, including updating noticeboards and preparing newsletters.Assist in liaising with internal departments and vendors when necessary (e.g., maintenance, laundry, pest control).Provide support during accommodation tours and other events as needed.Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the Accommodation Manager’s guidance.
