Accommodation and Soft Services Coordinator
Location: Randwick, NSW

BGIS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Accommodation and Soft Services Coordinator to join our team in Randwick, NSW. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing accommodation services, coordinating soft services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within our client’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate accommodation services, including room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, to ensure smooth operations. Oversee the delivery of soft services, such as cleaning, waste management, and laundry services, to meet client standards. Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and soft service inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Liaise with clients, contractors, and service providers to maintain positive working relationships and resolve issues. Monitor the quality of services provided, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with service standards. Assist with administrative duties, including managing service requests, updating records, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the Facilities Management team with ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in accommodation management, facilities coordination, or a customer service role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (desirable).
