What will I be doing?
\nAs an Accommodation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming living environment for team members while also supporting event organization activities. You will be responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall management of staff accommodations, ensuring a smooth transition for new arrivals and maintaining high living standards. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating events and activities to enhance team engagement.
\n\nSpecifically, an Accommodation Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\n\nOnboarding & Orientation:
\n\nProviding a professional and hospitable welcome for new team members upon arrival.\nConducting orientation sessions to familiarize new arrivals with accommodation facilities, guidelines, and services.\nPreparing rooms with necessary linen, amenities, and supplies before new team members check in.\n\n\n\nAccommodation Management & Upkeep:
\n\nEnsure a professional and hospitable welcome experience for new Team Members arriving to the accommodation\nProvide orientation to new Team Members of the accommodation facilities\nPrepare rooms for new Team Member's arrival ensuring that linen, welcome amenities etc are organized\nConducting routine inspections of vacant and occupied rooms to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.\nReporting and following up on maintenance issues, liaising with the Engineering/Maintenance team to ensure timely resolutions.\nInspect routinely service areas, storerooms and corridors\nMonitoring service areas, storerooms, and corridors to maintain order and hygiene.\nScheduling and supervising deep cleaning tasks and special maintenance projects.\nManaging inventory, stock control, and equipment maintenance efficiently.\nEnsuring compliance with hotel brand standards at all times.\n\n\n\nEvent & Engagement Support:
\n\nAssisting in the planning and coordination of in-house events, staff activities, and social gatherings.\nSupporting the HR team with logistics and setup for employee engagement initiatives.\nHelping create a positive and inclusive community within the accommodation.\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nStrong organizational and analytical skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of service\nProficiency in computers and Microsoft Office (preferred)\n\n
