Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Access Coordinator (AC) is primarily responsible for providing services to provision user access to Parallon / HCA systems for HCA employees. The AC role includes answering inquiries from clients throughout the company via multiple platforms, including but not limited to Phone, Email and ITSM systems. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of user access requests. The Access Coordinator is responsible for using user access tools and other processes to provision accounts as necessary in a timely manner and to provide reports on user access or provide decision support data based on system usage. They will be required to continually expand knowledge of current and upcoming products within the realm of access management and information protection. They will be required to update and distribute reference information accordingly. This position will be a overnight shift with a 4 day work week. + Provisions, maintains, and removes security privileges for users of HCA systems. + Assists in maintenance of role based access. + Coordinates efforts with other AC teams to provision access. + Provides education to Division management, stakeholders, and business. + Works with the Service Desks across the enterprise, providing necessary security/tier 2 support for user access incidents. + Provides after-hours and on-call support, as needed. + Continually expands knowledge of current and upcoming products, applications, systems, and processes + Adheres to and supports HCA IT&S standards, policies, and procedures. + Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care and employee information. + Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statements. + Performs other duties as assigned **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred + Prior Access experience preferred **Other/Special Qualifications** + Demonstrates desire to learn Corporate, Division, and Facility-specific applications, technology, and terminology. + Desire to gain understanding of Identity Management principles and their application across computing platforms. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player. + Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills + Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques. + Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. + Basic computer skills and competency in MS Office Suite + Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training. + Desire to gain understanding of security-related procedures. High level of integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidence with sensitive information.
