Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in managed services focus on a variety of outsourced solutions and support clients across numerous functions. These individuals help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.

As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Required EDP Specialists KSEs:

Minimum 1-2 years experience at PwC and willingness to commit to 1-year assignment in non-utilization role.Demonstrated interest in developing subject matter specialist knowledge in U.S. data protection risk-controls and proprietary solutions.Familiarity with information security industry standards and data protection risk-control frameworks, including administrative, physical and technical (detective and preventive) controls.Familiarity with data protection concepts, personal and non-personal data protection and security concerns (confidentiality, integrity and availability). Familiarity with professional services contracting, including master services and engagement level agreements, and engagement approval processes.  Redline reviews and contract analysis experience is strongly preferred.Project management and information organization, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Sharepoint lists, presentation skills, active listening and coaching presence, continuous learner, process and innovation mindset.

Qualifications:

JD preferred.BA with History or English focus preferred, writing and communications proficiency.Professional certifications in data protection/privacy, information security and supply chain risk preferred.Have a passion working with contracts, detailed text-based procedures and reports, and to love writing guidance and thought leadership pieces.
