Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;

Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; 

Directs process redesign efforts; 

Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality; 

Assists with change activities to confirm business adoption and provides effective user training; 

Manages the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery; 

Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining thorough understanding of current and future state business processes; 

Provides in-depth knowledge of the SAP application and evaluates the customer’s processes against the standard SAP functionality; 

Demonstrates experience in use of SAP, specifically BW BWI in a support/AMS environment; 

Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected; 

Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements; 

Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing and supporting vertical applications and localizations; 

Demonstrated ability to:

Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing; 

Familiar with and experienced in:

Implementation Methodology 

Application technology stack; 

Prepares and monitors performance reports and implements solutions to improve the system performance; 

Responsible for performing installations, end to end SAP upgrades (SPS, Major SAP version), applying support packages and other support activities; 

Possesses strong knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration; 

Possesses configuration knowledge on SAP cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc; 

Should be familiar with SAP interfacing solutions such as OpenText, Redwood, Evolve and Information Steward; 

Should have experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing; 

SAP BOBI, Data services installation, configuration and administration; 

Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP industry leading practices; 

ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred; 

Hands-on experience building planning models using BW Integrated planning, including agg. lvls, planning sequences, and planning functions. 

Experience working with SAP BW 7.31 or higher, and BW on HANA. 

Proficiency in writing FOX and custom planning functions (HANA enabled). 

Expertise in planning query building using BeX Query Designer. 

Strong BW-ABAP experience, including writing custom extractors, transformations, routines, BADI's, and exits. 

Ability to understand and debug SAP standard ABAP code. 

Strong BW data modeling skills, including ADSO and Open ODS views. 

Experience with mixed scenarios in SAP BW on HANA, such as Virtual provider and Composite provider. 

Report development experience using BeX, Design Studio, and/or Analysis for Office. 

Knowledge of BW ETL from various source systems, including ECC, CRM, APO, BODS, and Flat Files, using LO cockpit, custom extractors, ODP extractors, etc. 

Familiarity with BW Security, including analysis authorizations and/or structural authorization. 

Integration experience between multiple systems for reporting, such as SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP BW, and BOBJ integration. 

Experience working with BW master data and data marts based on standard ECC modules like SD, MM, FICO, and COPA. 

SAP HANA modeling experience using Attribute view, Analytical view, and Calculation view. 

Experience with input parameters, currency conversions, unions, projections, aggregation, and Rank nodes in Calculation Views. 

Knowledge of SAP HANA Data provisioning using SAP LT Replication server. 

Hands-on experience with performance tuning of HANA models, including Calculation views. 

ABAP experience in BI, including writing ABAP code in Datasource Enhancements, Function module extractors, Routines, and Bex exits. 

Experience with application lifecycle management process for transporting objects to further landscapes. 

SAP HANA programming skills, including SQL, SQL script, and CE Script. 

Good knowledge of ECC extraction, data modeling, BW-ABAP, and Bex. 

Familiarity with Bex query designer and various options like CKF, RKF, and cell definitions. 

Experience with ECC table data model and analysis. 

Experience with building universes using Information design tool and connecting to various systems like SAP BI, SAP HANA, and SAP ECC. 

Familiarity with new dimension reporting tools like Webi, Dashboards 4.1, Analysis office, and BO Explorer. 

Good written and oral communication skills. 

Strong team player. 

Experience with ETL using SAP BOBJ Data services 4.0. 

Functional knowledge or familiarity with SAP modules AP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP HR.
