Program Summary

KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992, when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Job Summary

At sites where practicable, the Property Manager, you will lead all property control activities to maintain accountability of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP) in compliance with applicable regulations.

Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manages the handling, transportation, operation, and maintenance of GFP and CAP, collaborating with business partners to ensure efficient operations.Oversees administrative and technical tasks such as receiving, inspection, inventory scheduling, movement, hand receipts, storage, and cataloging.Coordinates the return of GFP and CAP at the end of the task order or as required by written notice, while ensuring secure safeguarding of property according to DoD policies.Administers the disposal of damaged or obsolete materials following FAR policies, maintaining accurate property records and arranging for surplus disposal.Manages the physical inventory process, updating system records and portal documentation.Provides training and guidance to personnel involved in handling government property.Coordinates efforts across multiple sites related to property utilization, contract closeouts, and disposition activities.On a quarterly basis submits to the General Services Administration TPOC, AAS COR and AAS Property Administrator/Plant Clearance Officer a GP Report (Del. 16) documenting the status of GP (e.g., condition, consumed, in-use). (H.4)Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience. This requirement is typically met by those who served in the position of Property Book Officer Team Chief/920A-CW2 or 92Y (SFC or Above).Must have a graduation certificate for GCSS-A Property Book Level course.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
