Title: ACAS EUCOM Poland: Principal Human Resources Generalist - Contingency Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property. Job Summary As a Principal Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of TO travel needs, all CONUS/OCONUS travel arrangements and claims to ensure compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and organizational policies. Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award. Roles and Responsibilities + Oversees the consolidation of travel requests, preparation of detailed trip reports, and monitors completion and accuracy of Travel Authorization Request (TAR) prior to PM approval and submission to AAS. + Responsible for the quality and completeness of data retained in the TO Management Portal, including the timely upload of travel requests, approvals, and expense reports. + In addition, this role monitors and tracks the availability of funding for travel arrangements, and oversees the handling of essential travel documentation such as passports and visas. + Manages and tracks all aspects of travel within the allocated budget and provides leadership in resolving any issues related to travel requests, expense reports, and emergencies, while optimizing travel processes to enhance operational efficiency. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Must have a Master’s Degree and at least 10 years of related experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Requires knowledge of visa and travel procedures. + Must have proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems. + Requires computer proficiency including intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Ability to work successfully with various levels of employees and management as an HRBP. + Must be self-directed with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to multitask. + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Familiarity with KBR HR Policies and Procedures. + Additional relevant certifications or coursework in Human Resources. + Knowledge of global HR practices. + Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations. + Previous exposure to diverse HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
