Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property.
Job Summary
As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist in support of the Project Lead and contract deliverables at a single location, by performing clerical, administrative, and operational support duties, including supply and maintenance functions at a designated location within the USAREUR-AF theater.
Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and updating manual and computerized inventory records, monitoring the control of supplies, equipment, administrative supplies, forms, and publications.Researches sources of supply, prepares procurement documentation, and provides data for equipment or procurement justification.Furnishing documents for the shipment of supplies, responding to inquiries regarding procurement and operational policies, and reporting requirements.Responsible for receiving and storing supplies and equipment, issuing and delivering items to the facility, and maintaining established inventory levels.Maintains, updates, and reports on property inventory, assists with vehicle control coordination and key control, and supports the coordination with appropriate stakeholders to facilitate access to cleaning and sanitization sites.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.Must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment to manage competing priorities to achieve goals.Must be familiar with the Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP), including but not limited to: Employee Messages, Incident Reporting Requirements, Crisis Management Action Team, and Situation Report.Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).Proficient in producing professional internal and external communications.Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system.Experienced in using SharePoint.Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Bachelor’s degree.One year of previous Operations Specialist experience or equivalent Military experience.Capable of working with and developing Power BI Dashboards.Knowledge of Appian system.KBR Benefits
