Title: ACAS EUCOM Poland: Human Resources Generalist - Travel - Contingency Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property. Job Summary As a Human Resource Generalist - Travel, you will perform routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional and develop core job competencies with existing procedures by solving common problems. You will be responsible for coordinating Task Order travel needs, including CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and claims, ensuring compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and organizational travel policies. Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award. Roles and Responsibilities + Managing travel requests in the Task Order (TO) Management Portal once operational + Verifying funding availability and ensuring the active period of performance for all travel authorizations + Arranges hotel and flight accommodations + Procures necessary documentation such as passports and visas + Ensures travel needs align with the travel budget + Additional duties involve managing the approval, entry, and payment of travel requests and expense reports, while troubleshooting any issues that arise during the processing of travel documents. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 3 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Must have strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.) + Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral). + Must be able to multi-task. + Must be self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency. + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Advanced MS Excel skills. + Experience supporting a Human Resources group/department. + Experience with the Workday ATS.
