Title: ACAS EUCOM Poland: Human Resources Generalist - Contingency Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property. Job Summary As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager, to support the full recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet TO staffing needs. Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award. Roles and Responsibilities + Works closely with Key Personnel and Project Leads to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. + Conducts interviews, coordinates the interview process, and manages candidate communications throughout the hiring process. + Assists in onboarding, maintains accurate candidate records, and ensures that recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of related experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 3 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Requires knowledge of visa and travel procedures. + Must have proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems. + Requires computer proficiency including intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Ability to work successfully with various levels of employees and management as an HRBP. + Must be self-directed with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to multitask. + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Familiarity with KBR HR Policies and Procedures. + Additional relevant certifications or coursework in Human Resources. + Knowledge of global HR practices. + Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations. + Previous exposure to diverse HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
