We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as a Commercial Sales Broker. As a Broker, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with personalised financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
 

You would:

Conduct financial needs analyses and identify suitable financial products for clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Non-negotiable:

Own Transport and a valid Driver’s licenseCompleted Matric with Minimum 50% MathBased in JohannesburgBlack South African Citizens (Colored, Indian & African); preference will be given to African FemalesUnemployed Graduates and/or Interns between the ages of 18 – 34

Advantageous:

Relevant financial services qualification (RE5 according to DOFA date) or equivalent experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new concepts quickly.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

The Recruitment process:

Panel Interview: This will be with 2 members of the leadership team, the regional manager and the team leader of the ABS team. Technical & Psychometric Assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE & Internal VerificationFinal Feedback
