What will you do?

El/la Abogado/a Corporativo/a será responsable de asesorar y gestionar aspectos clave del ámbito jurídico del Grupo, colaborando estrechamente con diferentes áreas corporativas. Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

Sostenibilidad y ESG: Apoyo en la implementación de iniciativas corporativas en materia de sostenibilidad y cumplimiento de estándares ESG, colaborando para alinear las prácticas legales con los objetivos sociales y ambientales de la organización.

Gobierno Corporativo: redacción de actas y documentos, y asesoramiento en buenas prácticas de gobernanza.

What are we looking for?

Formación Académica: Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho. Valorable máster o certificación específica en derecho de empresa o ESG.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en asesoría jurídica corporativa o firma de abogados de reconocido prestigio.

Experiencia en la implementación y supervisión de programas y estrategias ESG.

Idiomas: Nivel alto de inglés (escrito y oral); se valorarán otros idiomas.

Competencias Técnicas:

Conocimiento sólido en gobierno corporativo y sostenibilidad (ESG).

Familiaridad con estándares ESG y su aplicación en el ámbito corporativo.

Integridad, ética profesional y confidencialidad.

Habilidades Personales:

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en entornos transversales.

Excelente comunicación y habilidades organizativas.

Orientación a resultados y compromiso con los valores corporativos.
