ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To best meet the needs of our Organization and Customers, the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Learn and understand all functions of A/R Cash. Post ACH, Credit Cards, Lockbox and Mail Deposits received from customers into our Accounting Software. Ensure that the monies posted to accounts receivable equal the bank deposit. Accurately post weekly adjustments to accounts receivable. Research payments while working with other departments. Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-4 years of recent administrative support experience, Accounts Receivable and Cash Posting experience is a plus, but not required. Must demonstrate the ability to manage a fast-paced environment in an organized, efficient manner. Knowledge/experience within a Mechanical Contracting Firm is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the Organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style. Working knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulations and guidelines. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, sometimes with minimal supervision. Must possess a valid Driver’s License.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.COMPUTER SKILLS
Excellent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote and Excel) Experience with Accounting Software is a plus but not required.CORE VALUES
