Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Accident Claims Processing team (Consumer Lines and Corporate) Management of serious and complex claims within this business line. Implementation of new programs. Monthly monitoring of target compliance and regional reporting on the same. Relationship with Underwriting and Operations on all matters related to claims in these business lines. Provide support and training to the Claims team at the Madrid Hub. Act as a reference for any technical inquiries. This role will include regular sessions with team members to assess performance, implement regular monitoring and evaluation processes to gauge the performance and progress of the Madrid Hub, including primary, secondary, and segmented reviews. Collaborate with the Claims Manager of the Hub and their team to provide insights and guidance on specific issues. Foster a culture of compliance within the team, encouraging adherence to SLAs, Best Practices, and Regulatory Requirements through regular communication, training sessions, and reinforcement of policies and guidelines.
Key requirements
Advanced level in English(C1) is a must.Native/Bilingual in Spanish is a must, Portuguese desirable. Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred.Basic knowledge of commercial insurance A&H, P&C classes, UW or policy issuance is preferred.Ability to organise work & perform within time constraints.Experience in the A&H line with both simple and complex claims.Organized individual.Team management.Communication skills.Proficient in Excel and claims management tools.
