Job Opening: LPN Home Care Nursing Job – must be licensed LPN (or RN)
Location: client in Tonawanda NY (Colvin/Eggert area)
Rates:  $38.00/hr – $40.00/hr  (the higher rate is paid on weekend shifts)
Available Shifts:

8am-8pm shifts currently available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays 8am-5:30pm shifts available Saturdays

We are looking for nurses that can work a consistent weekly schedule – whether that’s one, two, or three shifts a week.  Every other week shifts are not an option.

DUTIES:  This position is responsible for providing client health care services. Services are provided under the direction of a registered nurse, and include preventive, supportive and rehabilitative activities in accordance with the Plan of Care and the Plan of Treatment. The LPN participates in the development and periodic re-evaluation of the Plan of Care. The LPN is responsible for observing, recording and reporting changes in the client’s condition and responses to treatment. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a LPN (or RN) currently licensed to practice in New York State, with at least six months experience as a LPN or RN and/or competent in knowledge and skills based on successful completion of the pre-employment nursing test and demonstration of skills. Must be competent in all skills required on assignment following case orientation and on the job training. Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required. Must have reliable transportation. This position requires the completion of health examination and required tests/immunizations and the completion of annual health assessment thereafter to certify that the incumbent is free of communicable disease and physically capable of performing assigned duty.
