Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degrees, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates Alignment to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs)Drives a Philosophy of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and 5S PrinciplesPerforms Setup, Disassembly, Operation, and Corrective/Preventative Maintenance of Pharmaceutical Packaging Machinery including Form/Fill/Seal, Bottle lines, Automated Labeling and PrintingCollaborates with Vendors and Contractors to Facilitate Upgrades and RepairsWorks with Internal and External Customers to Achieve Common GoalsPractices and Maintains an Organized and Safe Working EnvironmentOther Duties May be Assigned to Meet Business Needs

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED, Technical School, or Military ExperienceExperience Interpreting Schematics, Technical Drawings, and Work OrdersFamiliarity with Testing/Measuring Devices, and Hand ToolsUnderstanding of Electromechanical Principals and FunctionsKnowledge of Pneumatics, PLC controls, Vision Systems, RoboticsProficient with Microsoft Office, Work Order Tracking SoftwareAble to Multitask and Respond to Shifting PrioritiesGood Interpersonal Skills vital, both Written and VerbalAbility to Lift up to 75lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in Industrial Maintenance, Product Packaging, or Production-Type SettingExperience in one of the Trades; Electronics, Fabrication, Welding, or Machining etc.
