Summary: Seeking a 3rd shift PLC Maintenance Specialist with strong mechanical and electrical skills for maintaining and servicing automation machinery.

Job Requirements:

5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment

Detailed knowledge of repairing and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery

Experience with troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC), hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls

Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers

Preferred Skills:

Ability to rebuild parts or cross-reference parts

Connect and troubleshoot vision systems or barcode scanners

Troubleshoot and modify positions of ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots

Reading pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics

Troubleshoot safety circuits

Understanding basics of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components

Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation

Perform skilled repairs of mechanical, electrical, and building systems/equipment

Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair

Identify parts needed for replacement and place orders as necessary

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
