TE Wire and Cable, located in Saddle Brook NJ, is looking for a Machine Operator - Accuclave Tier to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities:

Assembles mechanical units or fabricated parts to make sub-assemblies or complete products within routine and repetitive assembly operations.Uses various hand and power tools and operates equipment which may include jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses in order to cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble.Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements. Monitors quality of products and raw materials. May read simple blueprints.Performs simple routine maintenance and cleaning.Determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions.

Requirements:

Adhere to safety standardsBasic math skills of addition and subtractionNo attendance issuesReliable transportation to workAbility to pass post-offer company paid physical/drug screen and background checkTypical job titles include: Press Operator, Machine Operator, Maker/Packer.

Available shift:

3rd shift: 11:30 PM - 8 AM

Some Manufacturing / Production experience needed, will train the right candidate!

Qualifications: We require 1-2 years of experience. Operators need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
