Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Frankfort, KY

Hours: 3rd shift Sunday  – Thursday  8:00pm – 6:30am
( 5 days a week, 10hr shifts)
 

Pay: $21.00
** Currently offering Double Time for any overtime hours worked***

What you'll do: 

Set up and shut down automated welding and metal forming equipment Run production jobs while meeting and/or exceeding production, set up, and quality standards Conduct regular quality inspections Conduct trouble shooting and change overs  Perform necessary rework and minor repairs on non-conforming parts Running production jobs on PLC controlled machinery, hydraulic, and mechanical stamping presses, or automated welding systems Reading blueprints, reading tape measure Regularly heavy lifting up to 50 – 75lbs or more consistently

What we need from you: 

Must be at least 18 years of age  or older Must comply with client's substance abuse & background policy Must have 3 years recent machine operator experience  Must have 5 years  previous steady work history Must have recent experience in performing machine set ups Must have recent experience Operating equipment such as:  PLC controlled machinery, hydraulic, mechanical stamping presses, or automated welding systems Must have experience reading blueprints and tape measure Must have computer knowledge Must have experience in metal fabrication or resistance welding is a plus Able to pass a math, measuring and mechanical comprehension test Able to regularly lift 50lbs repetitively ???????Able to train on 1st shift for about 4 weeks
