**Job Description: 3D Wire Bender Programmer – Metal Manufacturing** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **3D Wire Bender Programmer** to join our metal manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC wire bending machines to produce precision-formed metal wire components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, blueprint reading, and working with various metal materials in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Program, set up, and operate **CNC 3D wire bending machines** to produce metal components based on engineering drawings and specifications. + Read and interpret **blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models** to ensure accurate wire forming. + Adjust machine settings, tooling, and feeds/speeds to optimize production efficiency and quality. + Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards. + Troubleshoot machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance personnel for complex repairs. + Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to meet project deadlines and specifications. + Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, machine settings, and quality control checks. + Ensure compliance with **safety protocols and manufacturing standards** to maintain a safe working environment. **Qualifications & Skills:** **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
