BelFlex is parented with a company in the solar industry looking for a fulltime direct hire 3D Designer/ Inventor. They are located in Fairfield, OH. 

This position will design low voltage switchgear for the renewable industry.  Willing to train and mentor less experienced designers as solar is a newer emerging industry.

Salary $60k-$70k
Hybrid work schedule 

Job Duties Prepares 3D models of enclosure and interior electrical components,  assembly, and detail drawings for new or improved products. Develops any required design/detailed engineering drawings and/or specifications for the completion of a project. Develops and tests components for new and existing products or tools, with emphasis on feasibility and cost savings Participates in conceptual design meetings with other engineering staff. Position Requirements: Experience in Design and or engineering related field Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, design engineering or related field Ability to use CAD software – preferably Autodesk Inventor 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD 2D Additional Preferred Skills: Familiarity with electrical engineering, electrical components and reading a single line diagram Troubleshooting through trial and error resolution Problem solving Willingness to learn new skills & processes Familiarity with Microsoft Office products focusing on Word & Excel #472 Apply Now View All Jobs
