Are you living your life's work? **Summary:** + The 340B Financial Analyst supports the audit and compliance functions of the 340B program across UPHS 340B covered entities. This includes daily maintenance of the 340B software systems, conducting quality assurance audits for 340B processes and data systems, optimizing 340B reporting and audit processes, participating in creating and maintaining 340B policy and procedures, participating in external audits, maintaining knowledge of 340B laws and regulations, and developing and maintaining relationships with 340B stakeholders. The individual will lead work with key stakeholders in resolving any issues related to 340B Compliance while providing direct support to the Director, 340B Compliance. **Responsibilities:** + Accountable for 340B program compliance across UPHS 340B covered entities + Ensures accuracy of all systems, workflows, and software supporting 340B program compliance + Routinely conducts quality assurance audits for the 340B software and databases including self-auditing as mandated by HRSA + Routinely conducts expansive internal audits for program compliance at all levels of the organization as mandated by HRSA + Recommends, updates, and maintains compliance policy and procedures to adhere to HRSA guidelines + Responsible for management and completion of special projects as assigned **Education or Equivalent Experience:** + Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or related field required. + Working in audit and/or healthcare environment preferred.
