Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 to $18.50 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)Set up production machines and equipment according to job specsPerform routine adjustments and tooling changes as neededEnsure proper operation of machines during shiftMonitor product quality and conduct in-process inspectionsDocument production data accuratelyFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaReport issues to supervisors and assist with troubleshooting2nd Shift Setup/Operator Qualifications:
Prior setup/operator experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read work instructions and use measurement toolsSolid mechanical aptitude and attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDependable, team-oriented, and safety-focusedApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
