Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)Perform audits of production parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specificationsIdentify and document defects, deviations, and trendsWork closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections and reportsEnsure compliance with company and industry quality guidelinesTraining Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–8:30 PM (Split Shift)RegularWork Schedule (Post Training): Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM2nd Shift Quality Auditor Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing quality role requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsComfortable using inspection tools and recording resultsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
