Responsibilities of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor:
-Direct and delegate daily tasks to production team
-Set-up and operated manufacturing machines
-Produce high quality products while meeting production schedules deadlines
-Complete and process all production logs and paperwork
-Identify quality issues and direct production team on adjustments needed
-Facilitate improvement activities
-Provide training for new employees
-Ensure all practices and procedures for a safe work environment are being followed and kept
-Supervise workers who are a part of the union
-Perform other related tasks

Requirements of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
-Previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
-Able to meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks
-Great organizational and time management skills
-Computer knowledgeable
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong communication skills
-Able to identify and resolve problems as they arise
-Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug test

Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $70, 000-$90, 000/year Based on Experience
