2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATOR
**Description** POSITION: 2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATOR HOURS: + 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, flexible as required + Saturday as required or needed + Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed     JOB DESCRIPTION:   + Work with all aspects of Payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions, vacation, reports, etc. + Work closely with supervisors and union + Maintains records as required + Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns + General office procedures including handling phone calls, data entry, and filing + Employee service + HR related duties + Other duties as needed or required   QUALIFICATIONS:   + High school diploma or GED equivalent required + Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette + Organizational skills with the ability to multitask + Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Team Player + Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills + 10-key and computer skills required + Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material + Good attendance record + Excellent with math + Bilingual Preferred + Resume required     We are an equal-opportunity employer.  EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
