2nd Shift Order Picker
Adecco is assisting local client recruiting for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Order Picker in Everett, WA. This is a temp to hire opportunity! **Description:** As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for shipment. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll verify product accuracy, operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities:** • Build packaging for shipment using assigned methods, boxes, and/or pallets • Accurately pack according to customer order • Ensures all packages meet warehouse standards after packing; no visible damage, boxes securely closed, address labels affixed and not obstructed • Operates computer and scanners using customer database • Maintain organization and cleanliness in designated work area • Follows all safety protocols **Qualifications:** • High school diploma/GED • Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly • Position requires standing for 8 hours or longer • Flexibility to work overtime • Excellent attention to details • Strong communication skills • Must work effectively with team members • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions **Position Details** Pay • $20.00 - $22.00/hour, DOE Schedule • Monday - Friday, 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
