Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator

 

Your Responsibilities: 

Operate finishing equipment producing paper products according to job specificationsPerform preventive maintenance on equipmentPerform quality control review of each orderPrepare orders for delivery or shippingPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Your Shift: 

Sunday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 2:00am

 

You Must Have:  

Strong attention to detailAbility to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis, and occasionally 50 lbsAbility to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlinesBasic math skills sufficient to adjust equipment settings according to written instructionsBasic computer knowledge requiredAbility to read, and interpret general instructions and numerical data.

 

Requirements within this position:  

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. 

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.  

Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.  

Frequently required to move inside the facility. 

Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). 

 

We Would Also Prefer: 

Mechanical or Production experienceStrong mechanical aptitude.Forklift certification
