2ND SHIFT DC/LOAD TRAINER

2ND SHIFT DC/LOAD TRAINER  DC/Load Trainer will assist and provide instruction to all passengers in the safe loading and unloading of lifts, while providing excellent customer service by interacting with all lift passengers.   HOURS: 4pm – 1AM, flexible as needed or required Saturdays as needed or required   DUTIES:   Assist all passengers in the safe loading and unloading of the Sit Down, Walkie, Crown (RC, RM) lifts Maintain load and unload ramps and areas around all lift stations Identify and report any unusual problems or hazardous conditions to ensure the public’s safety Be familiar with all policies, procedures and rules regarding operating and riding all lifts the company uses Perform daily pre-operation inspections and post-operation shutdown procedures Training and motivation of all new employees Conducting of Work Hardening programs Participate in PPE (personal protective equipment) auditing and development of new requirements. Take part in Hazard Evaluation and control measure Take part in an effective EAP (Emergency Action Plan). Perform Safety and Health, Ergonomic and Environmental training as identified. Completing various reports in a timely manner May assist Occupational Health and the hospital for translation Teach annual retraining classes Other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS   Safety & Training Experience Computer skills a must Microsoft office, excel, word Great communication skills – written and oral Patient attitude with inexperienced employees Excellent people skills Must have a valid driver license Ability to follow instructions & plan time efficiently Ability to conduct training classes as assigned Bilingual highly preferred Good attendance requiredResume required REQUIRED: Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation  FOR SALARIED ROLES: As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
