Job Description:

Manage leadership capabilities and ensure programs meet TFG’s objectives. Engage and support senior business stakeholders to design impactful learning solutions and manage the nomination process. Stay abreast of industry developments to apply new learning concepts where relevant. Assist in strategy development and alignment to business needs and the talent framework. Collaborate with the skills team to maximize funding opportunities and achieve BBBEE scorecard points. Manage external stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance and efficient allocation of the training budget. Ensure learning aligns with TFG’s Talent Management framework.

Requirements:

Must have a 10-12 years of relevant Talent Management experience. Proven experience in a similar role within L&D or talent management. Strong knowledge of current industry trends and developments. Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationship
