24KT Club Ambassador
SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the 24KT Club Ambassador to provide slot customers with specialized, personal attention and promoting new guest members to 24 KT Club, and assist with tournaments, slot focused events and other functions related to Special Events. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Meets and greets customers, explains club benefits and enrolls new members, takes reservations (in person or over the telephone) for rooms, event shows, meals, etc.  Provides exceptional guest service; exhibits strong interpersonal skills will interacting with customers.  Receives, counts and redeems tickets for customers and issues appropriate script for same.Corresponds with customers regarding inquiries and complaints.Establish a rapport with new customers.  Maintains booth in an orderly fashion.Walk the casino floor promoting and signing up new members of the 24KT Club.Handles all aspects of tournament events, including all monies (collection /disbursement), all registration and processing documents, coordination of all session activity and finalizing of all tournament results.Greeting slot customers at check-in/check-out, airport or any event.Participate in slot special event as needed.Assist with tournament registration, events, and promotionsMaintain a very positive customer relationship with all tournament and event customersAct as a “goodwill ambassador” for the Golden Nugget when dealing with all customers and guests.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.Reconciles RSVP and Registration listsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
 Experience in special events or marketing in a hospitality/casino environment.Good communication, computer skills, typing, 10 key.  Good telephone skills. Excellent public relations skills.Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred. 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum age requirement is 21Minimum two years experience in casino or slot marketing, preferred.
