KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and match vendor and intercompany invoices in 3-way matching, obtain approvals as needed prior to payments.

审核和匹配供应商和公司之间的发票，在付款前获得必要的批准。

Coordinate with related depts on GRNI and problem invoice solving.

与相关部门协调GRNI和问题发票的解决。

Sort out Declaration form to support oversea payment, compliance with FX regulation.

整理报关单以支持海外付款，遵守外汇法规。

Check and process T&E transactions in accurate and timely manner.

准确、及时地检查和处理T&E交易。

Perform month-end closing activities and accounts reconciliation.

完成月末结账和对账工作。

Archive invoices voucher and payment document.

发票凭证及付款单据的归档。

Internal and External audit file preparation.

编制内外部审核文件。

Other duties may be required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

Bachelor’s degree or plus in Accounting or Finance. 会计或金融专业本科以上学历。

+2 years’ experience in finance depts with international organization is preferred. 2年以上国际组织财务部门工作经验优先。

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. 较强的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。

Experience with ERP system primarily Oracle. 有ERP系统使用经验，以Oracle为主。

Proficiency level in MS office(excel) 熟练使用office办公软件(excel)。

Ability to work effectively and independently across organization boundaries. 能够有效地、独立地跨组织工作。

Self-motivated, high sense of accountability, be able to work under pressure and comply with strict deadline. 上进心强，责任心强，能在压力下工作，并能遵守严格的截止日期。

Good team player and discipline. 良好的团队合作精神和纪律。
