How You Will Contribute:
Design and perform infection experiments, develop and perform multicolor flow cytometry assay to identify inherent differences viral protein expressionInteracting with cross-functional teams and presenting data in small and large group settingsMaintain an organized inventory of lab supplies, reagents, and equipment.Participate in the upkeep of cell culture experiments, including learning sterile technique, media changes and overall viability of cultures.Learn design of experiments, data collection, and analysisAssists with the regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and experimental accuracy.Internship Development Opportunities:
Intern will have the opportunity to learn about immunoassay development of vaccine related projects in an industry setting. Intern will be able to learn new techniques and expand their expertise in immunology and vaccine research.

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
