Individual Responsibilities:

Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, projects and activities based on changing prioritiesAssist with data optimization activities and updates to support operational efficiency, such as open sales order reviews and shipments forecastingRun reports and prepare analysis for the team, upon request.Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the teamProvide support to other positions within Operations, as requiredOther duties assigned by managerConduct & Compliance:

Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data.Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset.Experience with Microsoft 360 (Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office, Power Platform: PowerBI, PowerApps) is an assetHigh-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning.Highly service-oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experienceEagerness to learn and take on new tasksExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize workMust be extremely detail-orientedEducation & Qualifications
College diploma or university degree in progress Experience in Process Improvement is an assetTravel Percentage: 10%
